End of Week 1 ~ Healthy Living

So this is the end of the first week of my new healthy living regime...I've succeeded in eating a well balanced diet (minus the meat of course, and the one teeny cupcake I couldn't keep myself from, and NO I'm not proud of it), drinking 2.5 litres of water daily, exercising everyday (except sundays) and keeping up with a minimum of 7 hours of sleep a night whenever possible...do I feel any different yet? Physically, nope, well besides the muscle exhaustion LOL. Mentally, I definately feel better. It feels really good to be able to say that I've acomplished these things...because I can say it's definately NOT an easy change to make!!!!

This is a breakdown of what I've accomplished this week...

March 22 ~ resistance training at Canada Games Pool Gym
March 23 ~ 45 min cardio on the bike at the gym
March 24 ~ 45 min cardio at Bear Creek Park track
March 25 ~ resistance training at Canada Games Pool Gym
March 26 ~ 40 min cardio on the path at Serpentine Dog Park while the dogs played
March 27 ~ plan 40 min cardio at Bear Creek Park track

The plan????

To do resistance training Mon, Wed, Fri, and cardio Tues, Thurs, Sat...

The goal????

To go from my start weight of 146lbs down to a healthy 130 lbs, to drop 2 dress sizes, gain more muscle/body tone and lose fat, to become more healthy and to feel more energetic and happy!!!!

So far I've dropped 1.5 lbs...thats a start!!! We'll see what the next week brings!!!!!
